Rooftop Solar for Homes

LIA Solutions helps homeowners plan rooftop solar installations. Eligible residential customers may qualify for central PM Surya Ghar support of up to ₹78,000 for systems of 3 kW or above, subject to scheme rules.

Residential system sizes

  • 1 kW

    About 10 sq.m of roof space; typically suited to smaller homes.

  • 2 kW

    About 20 sq.m of roof space; residential central assistance up to ₹60,000 when eligible.

  • 3 kW

    About 30 sq.m of roof space; residential central assistance up to ₹78,000 when eligible.

  • 5–10 kW

    Larger roofs and higher usage; central assistance is capped at ₹78,000 for eligible residential systems of 3 kW or more.

From survey to handover

  • Site survey

    Check roof area, orientation and shading.

  • System proposal

    Size the on-grid system against electricity use and available roof area.

  • Installation

    Install panels, mounting structure, inverter and electrical protection.

  • Commissioning

    Coordinate DISCOM net metering and handover.

  • Subsidy support

    Assist eligible residential customers with PM Surya Ghar documentation and application.
